SHIPPING POLICY
How do you calculate shipping and handling rates for Australian Buyers?
We post Australia wide at a flat rate of $16 for orders under $80. We endeavor to pack your parcel very carefully and therefore include a small fee for handling as we want to ensure the safe arrival of your fragile goods. We try to post your goods from Melbourne on the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Please ​​​contact us​​ with your order and we will calculate shipping rates to your country. However, please note that postage costs are generally VERY expensive unfortunately.

What is your delivery policy?
Shadow Moon Creations offers deliveries to most areas of Australia. We do not accept liability for delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address. If the delivery address details provided by you are incorrect and thus affect delivery, you will be responsible for the cost if the parcel is returned to us, and also if you wish to have the shipment returned back to the correct address, then this charge will also be paid by you.
RETURN POLICY
What happens if my goods are damaged during the delivery process?
If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the matter.We endeavour to carefully pack and post your goods. In the case of breakages we do not resend items however a credit may be applied to your account that you can deduct from your next order. This is at the sole discretion of Shadow Moon Creations. A digital photo of the breakages must be sent to Shadow Moon Creations within 3 days of receipt of goods. Shadow Moon Creations may credit the cost of the damaged goods partially or fully, however we do not refund shipping costs. If you wish to return any items please contact Shadow Moon Creations first.

What is PayPal? What other payment do you accept?
We use PayPal to securely conduct transactions online.PayPal employ industry-leading encryption and fraud prevention tools.

While signing up to PayPal is free, you don't actually need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal. On the PayPal site you can choose to pay with Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. PayPal keeps your information secure and do not share it with us or anyone else. PayPal follow up with a confirmation email every time you make a payment.
